- Substitutions may be made at any time.
- Cancellations are accepted and registration fees refunded (less a 25% cancellation fee) if notice is received in writing by August 13, 2012. If cancellation is received after August 13, 2012, 100% of the fee can be applied toward another upcoming RealShare event (within same calendar year). If cancellation is made less than one week prior to the conference, no refund will be given.
