We are excited to host the Accounting Methods and Periods (AMP) Repeatable Model Workshop and the State and Local Tax (SALT) Repeatable Model Workshop on August 24-25 at our RSM US office in Chicago!

As you review these advanced workshops focused on specialty tax development, please REGISTER for RSM's Tax Technical and Advisory Conference (TTAC) on November 27-29 in Orlando. We will have Workshop Follow-up Sessions after TTAC for these groups to discuss further application of the tools/resources from the Repeatable Model Workshops. You should also REGISTER for the Repeatable Model Workshop Follow-up Session on November 30-December 1 in Orlando as part of your TTAC travel which will serve as an opportunity to keep these areas a priority in your firm.

Accounting Methods and Periods Repeatable Model Workshop - CANCELLED 

This day and a half of training is designed to provide attendees with education on the technical aspects of tax methods of accounting, an overview of RSM's Revenue Recognition (ASC 606) tax methodology, an inside view to RSM's Accounting Methods Review methodology and a detailed action plan to execute client meetings, information gathering and implementing method changes after the training. RSM subject matter experts will be on-hand for the entire training to answer questions, discuss qualification opportunities and provide coaching after the training is complete.

State and Local Tax Repeatable Model Workshop 

This day and a half of training is designed to provide attendees with education on the technical aspects of multistate taxation, an overview of the recent court cases and state legislation affecting nexus, an inside view to RSM's Enterprise Nexus Solution methodology and a detailed action plan to execute client meetings, information gathering and documentation of credits after the training. RSM subject matter experts will be on-hand for the entire training to answer questions, discuss qualification opportunities and provide coaching after the training is complete.

Clients to which these concepts apply operate in a multistate capacity in any industry. We will also address the more complicated issues pertaining to clients who transact business utilizing any digital goods and services.
