Restorative practices are a means of resolving conflicts in a non-adversarial, non-retributive manner in which the offender is held accountable and the person harmed is given a significant voice. The most extreme end of the restorative practice spectrum is the Justice Circle that can deal with a multitude of situations from bullying to criminal matters.
You should attend this workshop if you routinely deal with conflicts and you wish to do so in a manner that invites cooperation rather than animosity.
