This course is designed to provide the Orthopaedic surgeon with an update on the latest state-of-the-art techniques in the management of Orthopaedic Trauma including the treatment of common fractures. In addition, controversies in optimal fracture and patient management will be discussed including bone graft substitutes, BMPs, and DVT prophylaxis. This course will offer a head start for individuals preparing for Maintenance of Competency certification and will offer 10.5 Category 1 CME hours.
