Accommodation has been reserved from Wednesday 15 May through to Sunday 19 May 2013. Additional nights outside these times can be arranged. Room types are as follows:
Classic King Room
Classic rooms are stylishly opulent and decorated in tones that complement the pleasingly light-hued furniture. This classic king room offers a king bed, 40" LCD television, generously sized business desk, blackout curtains and deluxe marble bathroom.
Classic Room Twin
The Classic Room Twin has the same décor and features to offer however has a bedding configuration of 2 x King Single beds so isperfect for those colleagues wishing to share the room cost. Please note when selecting this room type during the registration process both colleagues need to select this accommodation type to ensure the full cost of the room is covered.

Booking conditions
On arrival at the hotel Langham will require a credit card pre-authorization to cover NZ$150 of incidentals per day. If you are unable to provide this by card and wish to settle your account by cash, identification will be required as well as an incidental deposit of NZ$150 per day.
No cheques are accepted unless by prior arrangement. All major credit cards are accepted. If you are settling your account with a credit card then a surcharge of 2.0% will apply. This fee is in addition to the total amount payable. Payments by cash or EFTPOS do not attract a surcharge.
