Loving a person who is addicted to alcohol and/or other drugs is hard. Most of us never learn how to take care of ourselves amidst the chaos. Learn to define and recognize your own codependency, how to establish healthy boundaries, recovery and relapse and how they go together, self-care, and positive communication skills. A full refund is issued to participants if the university cancels an event for any reason.
