For friends and loved ones of those who have been diagnosed and are living with bipolar disorder or manic depression. Learn how diet and environment can greatly affect mood swings, and how alternative health care can bring a calming and peaceful mind, body, and spirit. Exercise how to slow down one’s thoughts and learn multiple forms of sound therapy that may bring the mind, body, and spirit back into balance. Instructor: Cindy Stone Fee: $49
