Heather Sundar
Heather Sundar leads consulting and employer solutions at Archimedes, a specialty drug management company that provides analytics, technology, and service solutions for employers, health plans, and PBMs.
Heather brings more than 20 years of pharmacy benefit management, product development, and clinical experience to the role. She is a proven executive leader with an extensive portfolio of achievements. She has a passion for aligning with plan sponsors to drive development of strategies that lead to a sustainable drug benefit. Prior to joining Archimedes, Heather demonstrated successful progression through a high performance organization, serving as General Manager and Vice President of Product and Research at Express Scripts. Among her many initiatives during her 16-year tenure at Express Scripts, Heather had leading roles in acquisition integrations, clinical thought leadership and multi-million dollar new product launches. She is named on 2 patents through her work at Express Scripts.
Heather has co-authored and published thought leadership pieces on pharmacy benefit management and industry changing strategies. She has received pharmacy leadership awards from St. Louis College of Pharmacy and continues to lecture on pharmacy leadership at Southern Illinois University of Edwardsville, School of Pharmacy.
Heather holds a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from St. Louis College of Pharmacy and completed a Specialized pharmacy residency at St. Louis College of Pharmacy after graduation. Heather has an Executive Certificate in Strategy and Innovation from MIT Sloan School of Management.
Brian Lehman
Brian Lehman is a director, medical account management and strategic alliances at Sandoz. Brian has 20 years of pharmacy plan management and retail pharmacy management experience, including activities in specialty drug management, influencing pharmaceutical policy and regulations, advocating for biosimilars, consulting and teaching. Prior to his current role, he was employed by Humana as manager of public policy, the Ohio Public Employees Retirement System as manager of the prescription drug program and policy, the Ohio State University Health Plan as director of pharmacy benefits and at Target Pharmacy as a pharmacy team leader. He has served as a clinical assistant professor at the OSU College of Pharmacy and is currently serving as an adjunct professor. Lehman received his B.S. in Pharmacy from Ohio State University, MBA from Franklin University and MHA from OSU.

As a healthcare fraud investigator, John has conducted investigations in all 50 states and over 100 countries internationally.

Jane Cheshire Gilbert
Jane Gilbert is the Director of Retiree Health Care for the Teachers’ Retirement System of the State of Kentucky (TRS) and has served TRS retirees since April 2002. She manages two retiree health plans covering 48,000 retirees. She also serves as a leader in the areas of health insurance cost containment, project management, risk management and federal health care solutions. Ms. Gilbert served in management and directorship positions for a Louisville Kentucky law firm and cost containment company, The Rawlings Company, from 1989 through 2002. Prior to serving at The Rawlings Company, she worked as an accountant for a national CPA firm. Ms. Gilbert graduated with honors from Bellarmine University in Louisville, Kentucky, with a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting in 1987 and became a CPA in 1992. Ms. Gilbert currently serves on the Board and as Co-Chair for the Retiree Membership Committee for the State and Local Government Benefits Association and is a proud member of the Public Sector Healthcare Roundtable.

Diane Sanders-Cepeda
Dr. Diane Sanders-Cepeda is a Geriatrician and Certified Medical Director who has focused her career on Geriatric care across the Post-Acute & Long-Term Care Continuum. Currently, Dr. Sanders-Cepeda serves as a Senior Medical Director for United Healthcare Retiree Solutions (URS) where she uses her skills to develop Solutions for the Older Adult, and focus on Innovations and Clinical Strategic Planning for a National Retiree population.
She began her career at Nova Southeastern University as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Geriatrics. Her passion for program development and the practical application of medical models lead her to starting her own medical practice which focused on Geriatric Medical Care & Resource Management and Transitions of care across the Post-Acute & Long-Term Care Continuum.
Prior to joining the URS team, Dr. Sanders-Cepeda served as an Optum Medical Director in South Florida, where she used her skills to focus on Clinical Strategic Planning, Educational initiatives, and Clinical Development of Optum’s Advanced Practice Clinicians.
Dr. Sanders-Cepeda is an active member in the American Medical Directors Association. She serves as the Online Education Subcommittee Chair, and is a member on both the Program Planning subcommittee and Education Committee. She is an active member of the Florida Medical Directors Association, and serves on the Board of Directors, Committee Chair for the Florida Partnership for Dementia Care, and Chair of the FMDA Journal Club. Dr. Sanders-Cepeda has presented regionally and nationally on a multitude of topics.
Dr. Sanders-Cepeda received her DO degree from the University of Health Sciences-College of Osteopathic Medicine, 2003. She is board certified in Family and Geriatric Medicine as well as a certified Medical Director.
Ronnie Freeman
Ronnie Freeman is a retired Sales Manager at AT&T, where he was instrumental in integrating public safety systems including 911 Call Taking systems, Computer Aided Dispatch systems, Mapping systems, Long Term Recording systems and Radio Communication systems.

Ronnie is a former Business Development Manager at Partners Human Resources a Professional Employer Organization; a licensed property, casualty, life and health insurance dealer; a PHR-Professional in Human Resources; NENA Certified ENP; former member of the Oklahoma Statewide 911 Advisory Board; and ambassador for the South Oklahoma City Chamber, Greater Oklahoma City Chamber and Oklahoma City Certified Tourism Ambassador.
Paul Cornell
Paul Cornell is Managing Partner of Premier Solution Partners, President of Citizens Bankshares, Inc., and serves as a Director of Citizens State Bank. Paul is a 1994 graduate of the Oklahoma State University School of Accounting and later earned a Certified Public Accountant designation.

After starting his career with KPMG, he served SpiritBank for 16 years in various executive roles, including holding company President and Deputy CEO of the bank. Paul recently completed a two-year term as Chairman of the Oklahoma Bankers Association. Additionally, he has been active in the American Bankers Association. He also participates in the Oklahoma community serving as current Chairman of the Board of Regents for Tulsa Community College and Governor for the OSU Foundation Board of Governors. Paul is Past Chairman of a number of community, civic, and business organizations, including having served as Chairman of the Tulsa Chapter of Young Presidents Organization and as National Chairman of the Oklahoma State University Alumni Association.
