Tye joined Marriott International in 1986 and has 25 years of service with the company in a wide range of hotel, regional, and corporate-based positions.

| Drake has provided real estate development and related consulting services since 1984. He formed LMZ Ventures in 2002, doing business as Presidian Companies. Presidian is a developer, primarily of hospitality and mid-to-high-rise residential properties, and manages both full service and focused service hotels for several Hilton, Marriott and Starwood brands. The company provides both strategic and tactical planning services as well as asset management services to the real estate and financial services industries.

As a key manager of GVM Hotel Partners, Jeremy has complete oversight in the design, construction and renovation of portfolio assets.

| Ted built, owned, operated, renovated, repositioned and consulted on numerous hospitality projects in his quarter-century of professional experience. Previously, he was the CEO of International Hospitality Development Alliances. Recently, his company developed a flagship Microtel Inn and Suites by Wyndham property in the Seaworld area of San Antonio, and the company is currently under construction on two more Microtel by Wyndham properties in the Austin, TX metro area.
