Refunds and Cancellation Policy:
Substitutions are welcomed
at any time. To cancel your registration, please notify us in writing by March
13 to receive a full refund. After that date, there will be a $100 processing
fee for each cancellation. After March 27, the registration fee is
nonrefundable. No refunds will be honored for the pre-conference tutorials
after March 27. Cancellation requests may be sent via email to the registrar,
or follow the instructions on your confirmation letter to manage your
Conference attendees may
bring a guest 16 years or older (children are not permitted). Guests must be
registered ($100 fee)
and will be required to show a badge in order to attend the following
conference activities: Sunday Opening Session and Welcome Reception, Monday Happy Hour Reception and
Tuesday Kick Back Party. Guests cannot attend the following: conference
presentations, breakfasts, lunches or access into The Quad except during receptions.
