    Session 1/Opt. 1 - A Woman of Worth
“I’m worthless”…”I’m not good enough”…”I’m damaged goods”… All LIES!!  Yet these thoughts - and more - often plague the heart and mind of a leader, leaving her bound in fear and shame.  It’s time to recognize your worth in light of God’s truths and see yourself as He sees you – His precious, forgiven, chosen and relentlessly loved child!  Learn practical ways to live as a real woman of worth:  replacing the enemy’s lies, renewing your mind as you choose to see yourself through the Father’s eyes - set free to help other women recognize the same truths!
    7:30 PM
Session 1/Opt. 2 - Why Do You Believe That?

A few years into ministry with my husband, I began to doubt my belief in God.  This doubt partially came from the observation that Christians who professed God’s truth didn’t really attempt to live like it was true.  My doubt also came from not knowing why I believed in such foundational Christian doctrines as the resurrection, the need for salvation, and the Bible as a reliable historical text. In this session, I will encourage women’s ministries to dive into apologetics as a necessity for establishing individual integrity among the body of Christ.

    7:30 PM
    Session 1/Opt. 3 - Covenant: It's Worth the Risk
Understanding how God relates to His people can help you in your interaction with your husband, your children, your church, and beyond.  Join us as we look at God’s mandate for relationships and examine His plan for our peace in loving others.
    7:30 PM
Session 1/Opt. 4 - 21 Ways to Live the Word
Do you wish you knew how to live as a believer in a non-Christian culture? That’s exactly what Jesus did. We will look at the life of Christ as seen in the Gospel of John and learn how He lived so others would notice. You will leave with 21 ways to influence the world for Christ by living the Word!
    7:30 PM
Session 1/Opt. 5 - The Art of Spiritual Conversation
Most women love to talk, but how do we ensure that our conversations count? After all, we live in a world that has more means of communication than ever before. But in the midst of the noise, we must be careful that we do not lose the ability to truly connect with others. One of the most powerful weapons in our spiritual arsenal is the art of spiritual conversation. Rather than focusing on the trivial, we must begin to center our conversations on the eternal.  Join us as we unpack ways to leverage our words and impact our world.
    7:30 PM
Session 1/Opt. 6 - Welcome to Jungle Training! Enduring through the Hardships of Life
    Jeremiah 12:5-6
Everyone experiences hardship: loss of a job, a rebellious child, an unloving husband, or criticism in ministry. Jesus told us there would be trials in our lives; but oftentimes, we feel devastated and want to quit. Jeremiah felt the same way and God did not remove His trials. Instead, He told Jeremiah to get ready for "jungle training." It's a jungle out there! Let's learn how God can train us for it!
    7:30 PM
Session 1/Opt. 7 - The Wonderful Truths About Courage

When we uncover how courageous people received their courage, we can see how courage is available for all of us. Come on this fact-finding journey to discover how you can get it too.  A focus on Joshua 1:9.

    7:30 PM
Session 1/Opt. 8 - Recognizing and Responding to God Through Your Story
God wants to reveal Himself through your story.  God is not merely the Creator of life; He is also the author of your story. In fact, your story is an extension of His story.  As we learn the value of listening for His voice in the midst of each circumstance and in every conversation, we will recognize that we are co-authoring this story with Him. As we learn to “tell” our story, healing can take place. We can know who we are and make sense of our life. Join us as we explore how to recognize His voice, listen to the stories of our lives and identify the themes God has written there.  No longer will we have to settle for merely being a “reader” of our story; God has called us to be “writers of our future.”
    7:30 PM
Session 1/Opt. 9 - SESSION OFFERED ONLY IN SESSION 3 - Leading With Style
NOTE:  This session will only be offered in Session 3!

We each have our own style of leading, and understanding our strengths and weaknesses helps us lead those around us more effectively.  We will explore what styles of leadership those around us may need at any given time. Let's discover together our individual styles and how God gifts each of us uniquely with just the right style.
    7:30 PM
Session 1/Opt. No. 10 - Taking the Risk - Abiding in Christ
John 15 will be our text as we look at what Christ taught about the believer abiding in Him and bearing fruit.
    7:30 PM
Session 1/Opt. No. 11 - Count the Cost
Haggai 1:5—God says “…take a good long look at your life; think it over.” Life is so complicated, with many choices. Living for Jesus IS worth the risk, but He tells us to count the cost. It is never too late to live and lead intentionally.
    7:30 PM
    Session 1/Opt. No. 12 - Finding Your Heart's Passion
Do we serve out of our church’s need for ministry or because “no one else will do it” and we feel guilty enough to say yes?  Or are we discovering how God has gifted and called us to serve in His kingdom?  Every Christian woman has a place to grow and serve.  Let’s discover the passion God has placed in our hearts to know Him and make Him known to others. When we are passionate to serve Christ, we risk it all for Him!
    7:30 PM
Session 1/Opt. No. 13 - DELETED DUE TO ILLNESS - Feelings to Faith
NOTE:  This session has been deleted due to illness.

Do you find yourself being led by your feelings?  Perhaps acting out of them?  Let's see how to go from feelings to faith, refusing to allow those feelings to become stumbling blocks in our walk of faith.

    7:30 PM
Session 1/Opt. No. 14 - Life Treasures Left Behind
What will your family discover as they sift through the treasures you leave behind?  We must define to our families what it means to be a sold out kind of believer.  What impact will your life have on your family and the next generation that will give your life meaning?  Have you considered your current situation as having merit in the larger scheme of things?

    Session 2/Opt. 1 - Beyond the Walls
We are called to reach beyond the walls of our church with the message of hope.  Every day you and the women in your church come in contact with people who need to know someone cares and Jesus loves them.  Learn practical ways to reach out to others, serve others, and share Jesus in simple ways that make a HUGE impact for Christ.  These simple tools will equip you to be prepared for the next opportunity!
    10:05 AM
Session 2/Opt. 2 - The Battle for Truth
Paul’s command to “put on the whole armor” prepares us for the battle to which all Christians currently belong: the battle for truth. The defense of truth and the offense against falsehood are both part of Paul’s imagery in Ephesians 6. We are surrounded by many false ideas which the truth of God’s existence dispels: for example; no hell, no good or evil, humans as ultimate authority, and more.   We will explore this part of Paul’s letter - in context - since it is very timely for the culture in which we live.
    10:05 AM
Session 2/Opt. 3 - The Risk of Leadership: Setting the Standard
Discerning God’s pattern for leadership can help you as you respond to His call.  Join us and explore the standards and responsibilities for women in leadership as modeled in scripture.
    10:05 AM
Session 2/Opt. 4 - Gifted: Created to Make a Difference

Did you know God created you to lead through your giftedness? From the very beginning, God formed you with your strengths and He has placed you where you are to make a difference. Join us as we walk through the spiritual gifts and learn how He can use you and your team to change lives!

    10:05 AM
    Session 2/Opt. 5 - Reclaiming the Generations
In an effort to be relevant, we have age segregated many of our churches and fractured the ability for multi-generational discipleship relationships to thrive. Yet God has very clearly called us to generational unity. Join us as we evaluate the unique seasons of a woman’s life and discover how to reclaim and reconnect the generations.
    10:05 AM
Session 2/Opt. 6 - Let God Rock Our World! Lessons of Stepping Out in Boldness from Paul on Mars Hil

    Acts 17:16-34
When Paul entered into Athens, he felt a burden and saw the need to share God's truth with them. He built bridges and had a holy boldness to share His faith. Using Paul as our example, we can learn much from him through this story. Let's learn the process of how God rocked Paul's world to rock the world of the Athenians!

    10:05 AM
Session 2/Opt. 7 - The Risk of Being a Leader

Sometimes it can be "lonely at the top" but it doesn't have to be! Learning to trust God and how he will use those he brings to your ministry can become your greatest joy instead of your worst nightmare!  Discover how to trust in ministry.

    10:05 AM
Session 2/Opt. 8 - Creating a Culture for Developing Leaders

Do you find yourself struggling to find the right people for the team? Do you wonder why the team members you have aren’t more effective?  Teams abound in ministry.  Rare is the team leader who is adept at finding good team members and understanding the essentials of developing team members to become great leaders, not just followers.  We will explore what to look for in team members. More importantly, we will discover the essentials of creating a culture of leadership development which can take your team from good to great!

    10:05 AM
    Session 2/Opt. 9 - A Woman's Shape
Every Christian woman has a place to serve in the Kingdom based on how God has shaped her life. As leaders, it is our responsibility to help each woman discover her "sweet spot" of ministry. This session will train you how to lead a woman to discover her shape and find her place of service.

Session 2/Opt. No. 12 - Engaging the Younger Woman in Ministry
Every day young adult women are being discipled by culture rather than by the unchanging Word of God. More than that, many young adult women feel isolated, disengaged, and overlooked in the context of the local church. They are single, married, and from all the stages of life, and they desperately need you! As we discuss issues in this session, you will be encouraged to engage young women in your current ministry to other women.  Learn some how-to’s of discipling young women. We will also look at official LifeWay research on Young Adults. You will leave with practical application for your current ministry as it relates to young women.
