Question: How do I register?
Answer: Individuals and groups should register online by selecting the “register” button on the email invitation.
Question: Is there a registration fee for this event?
Answer: There is a $750 registration fee for this event.
Question: What forms of payment are accepted and when is the payment due?

The following forms of payment are accepted: American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and check. If paying by check, mail a copy of your registration record and payment to:

Question: Are travel scholarships available?
Answer: No. Due to limited resources HAC cannot offer travel scholarships.
Question: Have you received my payment?
Answer: Credit card transactions are processed immediately, and your receipt will show a $0 balance. If you are paying via check, HAC will note the receipt of payment within 2 business days. To view your current balance select visit My Registration on the Training Portal. Additionally, 30 days and 7 days prior to the training, registrants with a balance due will receive a reminder email.
Question: I’m no longer able to attend the training. Can I get a refund?

If your registration is cancelled more than 10 working days prior to the start date of the training you are able to receive a refund of your registration fee, less a $75 service fee.  Cancellations made less than 10 working days will not be honored. There are no refunds for no-shows.

Question: How long will the training last?
Answer: This is a 3-day training event.

Answer: All training files/materials will be provided on-site.
