Doug is experienced in managing convenience stores and implementing customer service and loyalty programs. Doug's areas of interest and experience include: business development, budgeting, merchandising, training, safety & compliance, customer service, employee retention, and leadership. Doug has a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire and was named UW-Eau Claire Entrepreneur Program’s 2006 Entrepreneur of the Year.
