Terry has over 15 years of experience as a Director of Business Development and a Franchise Business Consultant. Terry supervised and maintained 61 food franchisees throughout South Dakota, Nebraska and Iowa. He has extensive experience designing floor plans for food court areas and a strong marketing background managing inventory, tracking waste, and margin control. He has a strong marketing background working with convenience stores in order to help them grow their business.

2013 Wisconsin Act 292 established new requirements for food manager certification in Wisconsin.  As of January 1, 2015, recertification for food managers no longer applies.  Only certification applies.
