Joe is in his 14th year of teaching physical education. He currently teaches at South Middle School in Aurora Public Schools. In 2016, Joe was named SHAPE Colorado Middle School Teacher of the year. Joe has shared his knowledge and passion for physical education.

Presentation Focus:

Power PE!

Unleash the true power of Physical Education! We will focus on best practices in Physical Education while incorporating social emotional learning, standards based outcomes, and small sided activities. Learn how to maximize the benefit of your class to get the most out of your students.

Essentials:
6 hours of “hands-on” instruction segmented by am/pm breaks and lunch
(lunch on your own)
Maximum of 40 participants for safety and to ensure adequate equipment for all
