SPCC 2012 Registration for SMA Members

Members of the Singapore Medical Association (SMA) are entitled to a special discounted rate for Full Conference registration. Members who wish to register may request for the offline registration form from Ms Azliena from the SMA Secretariat at liena@sma.org.sg or 6223 1264.

Non SMA members who wish to enjoy this discounted rate may also subscribe as an SMA member via the following link: http://www.sma.org.sg/membership/.

Group Registration

Group registrations of 5 pax and above are entitled to a 5% discount of the total registration fees. Please contact Ms Syaza at sz-spcc2012@globewerks.com to request for a group registration form.

For local registrants:
- Credit card payment (Master or VISA only) via Paypal
- Local cheque
- Bank transfers (MEPS). Please note that payer is required to bear all bank charges for bank transfers.

For foreign registrants:
- Credit card payment (Master or VISA only) via Paypal
- Paypal-to-Paypal transfer
- Telegraphic transfers. Please note that payer is required to bear all bank charges for telegraphic transfers.

IMPORTANT: Please note that all payment has to be made in Singapore Dollars.
