Sioux Falls Monthly Meeting: "Gifts, Graphs, and Napoleon (Visual Storytelling)"

Summary

Stories are the most powerful way to communicate, and human beings are wired to be visual thinkers. Today, people and companies communicate through charts, infographics, pictures, gifs, and emojis. Lemonly specializes in helping companies tell their story through visuals and in this talk Lemonly Co-Founder, John T. Meyer, will explain why you should start telling your story with visuals.

SPECIAL MARCH LOCATION: Our March program will be held in the Morrison Commons (building #6) in the "Back Alley". AFP committee members will be located near The Huddle (coffee shop & grill area) to assist you in locating the Back Alley.

College address is 2001 S. Summit Ave - but guests will want to enter campus via Commons Drive off of Grange Ave. - approximately 30th and Grange. Guest parking available just west of the Commons as noted on the map.  AFP guests will be allowed to park in permit parking during our program time and will not be ticketed.

Additional Information

  • Program is Free for AFP Members
  • $15 Program Fee for Non-Members
  • Lunch can be purchased at Augustana's Ordal Dining Hall and brought in to the meeting.  Guests will enjoy a changing menu of entrees, made to order selections, fresh salad bar, desserts and beverages.
