SNAP-Ed Evidence Based Interventions Trainings

Train the Trainer sessions to support SNAP-Ed Local Implementing Agency Staff

Welcome to the Evidence-Based Interventions Training registration page. All interactive trainings will increase knowledge and skills and prepare participants to implement and train others to conduct evidence based strategies and interventions tailored to address specific cultural audiences. The primary goal for the trainings is to equip participants with the ability to support Policy, Systems and Environmental Changes in SNAP-Ed Priority settings. Secondary messages focus on use of the Social Ecological Model (SEM) to plan and provide SNAP-Ed nutrition education and obesity prevention services as well as building partnerships that support sustainable changes and engaging the communities in which we work.
