The Promising Practices Exchange is an inclusive event open to all who implement physical activity, nutrition and food security programs in Alpine, Amador, Calaveras, El Dorado, Mariposa, Mono, Nevada, Placer, Sacramento, San Joaquin, Stanislaus, Sutter, Tuolumne, Yolo, and Yuba Counties including but not limited to:

  • Community-Based Organizations
  • Community Health Leaders
  • Funded and Non-Funded SNAP-Ed / CalFresh Partners
  • Local Health Department Staff and Subcontractors
  • Pre-School and K-12 Administrators and Educators
