Promising Practice Exchanges (PPEs) are annual mini-workshops for SNAP-Ed Local implementing Agencies(LIAs) and their community partners in each service area (North Coast and Cascades, San Francisco Bay Area, Delta and Gold Country, Central Coast, Central Valley, Greater Los Angeles, Inland Desert).

The purpose of PPEs is to provide an opportunity for SNAP-Ed agencies to showcase local, regional and national promising practices and resources with other SNAP-Ed agencies in the service area. The PPEs are also intended to provide an environment where SNAP-Ed agencies can engage in dialogue, learn from, teach and inspire one another through presentations, demonstrations, activities and networking opportunities.

The PPEs are designed to foster local connections and to promote continuous learning. The PPEs are also customized to address region-specific training and technical assistance needs as identified in the SNAP-Ed integrated Work Plans.
