Having a proper spill plan and complying with the evolving air emissions regulations can be time consuming and cause quite a few headaches. This workshop, presented by industry experts from Enviro Clean Cardinal, can help you sort through the mess and keep your company in compliance.

Bill Torneten will review the basics of a good spill plan and gives you all the reasons staying in compliance is the easiest and most cost effective approach.  He will cover the annual SPCC rule training and refresher required by the U.S. EPA and will highlight some of the most common issues and most frequently asked questions related to SPCC Plans. This presentation will cover whether your company is affected by any new rules, what you have to do to maintain compliance and various permitting options.  Laura Worthen Lodes will cover comprehensive rules and updates to state and federal air emissions regulations relevant to the oil and natural gas industry.  She discusses Oklahoma, Kansas and Texas and includes a section on Title V situations that might affect your well sites.  She uses specific examples to help answer individual questions.
