Topic: Finance Strategy - Guest Speaker Troy Braga

This is a great chance for folks to think about their finance strategy going into a new year.

  • Why does finance literacy matter to a board?
  • What does an outsider see when they look at an organization’s balance sheet? (What would you look for?)
  • What are some strategies for diversifying funds?
  • How can a board use scenario planning to improve decision-making?

No registration required, open to anyone with an interest in or a connection to nonprofits!
