Spring 2018 Mindfulness-based Stress Management Course

This eight-week course will train you in mindfulness meditation techniques that can help you to:
  • Reduce Stress
  • Increase Focus and Mental Clarity
  • Improve communication in relationships
  • Heal from trauma and depression
  • Manage difficult situations.

The course is offered 3x per year in September, January and May. Each program includes 27 hours of class time consisting of eight 2 1/2-hour weekly classes and a full-day mindfulness retreat held on a weekend between weeks six and eight of the course. All class materials are provided, including homework handouts and audio recordings of guided meditation exercises for use at home.

  *the All Day retreat will take place at Haverford College from 9am - 4pm.

Should you decide to cancel your registration, fees are refundable up until one (1) week prior to the start of the Winter 2017 session-- not your individual location. The cancellation deadline is Monday, April 23, 2018 (before 5:00 pm). After that date, there will be no refunds, no exceptions.
