The entire SproutsFest 2017 event will run 8/20 - 8/22. However, vendor events are only 8/20 and 8/21. Please review the main vendor events outlined below as you plan for travel and accommodations.

  • 8/20 - 1:00pm* - Tabletop Setup (*Subject to change.)
  • 8/21 - 7:00am - Vendor Check-In
  • 8/21 - 8:00am - Vendor Address from Sprouts Leadership 
  • 8/21 - 9:00am - Tabletop Show
  • 8/21 - 7:00pm - Evening Event

Tabletop Show

Tabletop locations are reserved on a first come, first serve basis. If you would like to ensure you get a prime location we recommend that you register as soon as possible. In addition, please be mindful of who you are registering next to as changes will not be accommodated. Please also note, this a function directed towards educating our store staff on your products. Our support office team/category managers will not be available for meetings at this event. 

Full Table - $4,100

  • Tabletop reservation includes (1) Standard 6' skirted table.
  • Chairs available at no additional cost onsite.

Half Table - $2,800 (APPROVAL CODE REQUIRED)

  • Half table reservations are only accepted with an approval code provided to you by sproutsfest@sprouts.com.
  • Tabletop reservation includes 1/2 of (1) Standard 6' skirted table.
  • Chairs available at no additional cost onsite.
  • Please note: Half tables are shared with another brand.
