*Mindful Life Design: Living Purposefully in Each Moment (4-week program)
Registration Deadline: July 19th 

How does mindfulness support you to manage life challenges and move towards desired goals? This 4-week program will build on the foundation in mindfulness you learned during the 8-week mindfulness-based stress management program by supporting you to mindfully discern purposeful actions and carry them out moment by moment as your life unfolds. The program will include mindfulness practice and will introduce additional practical mind- and body-awareness techniques to help you to notice how your inner experience impacts your outer actions. Participants will explore how thoughts, emotions and physical sensations support or hinder desired outcomes.  

*Participants have the option to schedule a private mentoring session to support the application of learned techniques in personal life.

 

Wednesdays: University City (3930 Chestnut Street) July 26th, August 2nd, 9th and 16th

Cost:  $249 (optional 1:1 mentoring available for an additional charge)



*1/2-day Silent Intensive Retreat for Experienced Meditators
