Brian Cruz focuses his practice on government contract law, including the Truth in Negotiations Act (TINA). Brian advises clients in all aspects of government contracts law, from contract formation to prosecuting claims against the government, as well as defending contractors against False Claims Act allegations.
Glenn Sweatt most recently served as the General Counsel for a large multinational government contractor specializing in construction, environmental and ordnance remediation, and renewable energy. Mr. Sweatt has 25 years of experience dealing directly with government contract issues for all of the major DOD agencies, as well as The Department of State, GSA, EPA, DOT, and other civilian agencies. He has firsthand experience dealing with claims before the Armed Services Board of Contract Appeals ("ASBCA"), as well as extensive private arbitration experience. Mr. Sweatt has a broad background that covers many facets of Government contracting, with particular focus on ethics and compliance issues, small business, and contract administration and interpretation issues. In addition to being a member of the California State Bar since 1998, Mr. Sweatt is also a Certified Professional Contracts Manager and a Designated Fellow with the National Contract Management Association (NCMA) and a Certified Ethics and Compliance Professional. He is located in Silicon Valley.
