During this webinar, attendees will learn the mandatory flow-down clauses specific to contracts with agencies within the Department of Defense with information current as of January 1, 2017. Our faculty will analyze the differences in flow-down requirements for commercial item, non-commercial item, and the service subcontract settings. We will recommend DFARS clauses you should consider flowing down to mitigate risk, even though they are not mandatory. Further, we recommend best practices for prime contractors and subcontractors and strategies to effectuate those practices.
