Summary

During this webinar, attendees will learn the cost and pricing issues which most impact the supply chain under government contracts. The webinar will explore and explain cost allowability issues that relate to the supply chain from both the supplier and buyer perspectives. It will explore and explain pricing considerations—particularly TINA—that each supplier must understand. It will explore and explain recent developments in the area of increased prime contractor oversight of subcontractors. Finally, the webinar will address best practices, recent developments and anticipate future regulations and policies which may impact the relationship between buyers and sellers in the supply chain world.

Learning Objectives:

Attendees will learn the cost principles that most directly affect the supply chain, including the material cost principle at FAR 31.205-26
Attendees will understand the DFARS business systems rule and its application to the supply chain
Attendees will learn how to navigate pricing issues relating to the supply chain, including TINA compliance
Attendees will understand developing issues in prime contractor oversight of subcontractors—i.e., counterfeit parts and other areas.
Attendees will learn best practices and other recent developments in cost and pricing supply chain issues
