Pillsbury and PCI will address key labor and employment regulations affecting the Supply Chain for the Symposium in March 2017. During this webinar, attendees will learn about the changing labor and employment landscape and what additional changes may occur under the Trump administration. This is a rapidly evolving area of law affecting supply chains, and the information will be updated to include all changes as of March 1, 2017. Our faculty will discuss rules affecting employment law that were proposed or implemented during the past 2 years, and discuss which of those are going into effect, which ones have been blocked by the courts, and what further changes we may see from the new administration. We will recommend strategies for employment and labor law compliance through the supply chain, and provide some predictions on additional changes that industry may see over the next few years.
PCI, in conjunction with Industry professionals from Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman, presents the Supply Chain Symposium, a monthly webinar series now in its third year that provides annually updated insights about legal issues that impact the supply chain from primes down to the lowest tier small business subcontractors. In 2017, Pillsbury’s Supply Chain Symposium will cover flow-downs, best practices in subcontracting, labor and employment issues, foreign content, and cost and pricing issues.
