Surgical Science Intensive Course 2017

HETI and the Western Sydney University will be delivering the Surgical Science Intensive Course again in 2017.

This is a two week intensive course. The Surgical Science Intensive Course is accredited by RACS, however it is not formally awarded any CV points.

The course is specifically designed to assist in the preparation for Doctors hoping to get a RACS training position, therefore priority will be given to those in PGY2+.

Course Pre-reading requirements:

  • Lasts Anatomy 9th Edition
  • Ganong Physiology
  • Robbins Pathology  

Important to Note:

There will be no pre-screening exam required for entry to the 2017 SSIC.

Places in the course will be awarded on a first come first served basis. Numbers for this course fill quickly and it is important to confirm your leave arrangements locally before you register to attend.

Withdrawals, cancellations and requests for a refund will incur a 20% cancellation fee.

From 2 January 2017, requests for for cancellation and refunds will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
