More than ever companies need to find the most cost effective way of maintaining reliability, preserving the integrity of assets and meeting the demands from modern legislation. However, ageing assets, the loss of experienced staff, increasing regulatory pressure and skills shortages mean knowing where to start on the task of cost savings can be daunting.

This conference will focus on successful approaches to finding the right balance between integrity assurance, reliability and cost. Industry speakers will share their experiences of trying to optimise maintenance approaches and budgets as well as the challenges they faced and how they were overcome.

Successful management of assets requires reliable equipment, effective systems and competent people - the agenda will cover all of these aspects. Risk based approaches to maintenance that improve integrity and reliability, but minimise activities that offer no value, will be a key focus of the event.
