Cancellations / Modifications / Substitutions

$20 cancellation fee if cancelled by October 9.

50% refund if cancelled by October 16. 

Registration fees are non-refundable after October 16 for any reason, including inclement weather. 

To cancel your registration: log in, select ‘unregister’, and follow prompts. The cancellation fees listed above will automatically apply.

To have a substitute attend in your place: log in, select “substitute registration” under the “more options” tab and follow the prompts to inform us who will be attending instead. There is no cancellation fee for substitute registrations as long as it is submitted prior to the conference.

Cancellations and substitutions are only valid by following the instructions above. After modifying your registration, you will receive a confirmation email – please save it for reference.

Group Discounts!

Attention Administrators!

  • Save 10% when you register 3 or more attendees from the same district! 


  • Save 20% when you register your entire district (25 or more)! 

One designated staff member (such as the administrator or secretary) will be responsible for registering all attendees on one order (simply select ‘add person’ until each person is registered, and ‘I am registering on behalf of this person’ if you are not attending).


Don't worry - you can always modify your order and include more people later!

Payment Options

  • Registration fees should be paid with a credit card during the registration process.
  • If credit card payment is not possible, we will accept an official purchase order (PO) number.
    1. Please obtain a purchase order from your business office prior to registering - you will be required to enter the number.
    2. PO must be made payable to West River Foundation (TIN# 36-3354458), 1925 Plaza Blvd, Rapid City, SD 57702.
    3. Invoice will reference your PO number and be mailed/emailed after the conference (you may also print it yourself when logged into your account).
    4. Subject to verification.
