We’re excited to invite your winery or vineyard to participate in Taste Washington’s 20th Anniversary Grand Tasting, the nation’s largest single-region wine and food event, taking place at CenturyLink Field Event Center on Saturday and Sunday, March 25-26, 2017.
*Please Note: This registration now includes vineyard registration for the vineyard tasting area at Taste Washington. Outlined below are the requirements for both winery and vineyard registrations.
The Grand Tasting
Date: Saturday & Sunday, March 25-26, 2017
Location: CenturyLink Field Event Center
Time: VIP 1:00-5:30 PM; General Admission 2:00-5:30 PM (same schedule for both days). *Time has been extended by 30 minutes in comparison to previous years
Early-bird Registration Deadline: December 15, 2016
Final Registration Deadline: March 1, 2017
Winery Registration Fee: $245 (register by December 15th and save $50)
Winery Wine: Online wine submissions and shipping to Tiger Mountain Services (TMS) are due February 24, 2017. Wine submissions will be collected within this registration process. If you choose to submit them at a later date, please use the modify link and confirmation number in your confirmation email to do so by the deadline. If you do not complete your wine submissions by February 24, you will not be listed in the official printed Taste Washington program.
You can either bring your wine with you to CenturyLink Field Event Center or ship it to Tiger Mountain Services (TMS) by February 24.
*Please Note: The vineyard tasting area is designed for guests to explore various wines made from the same source. Registered vineyards must pour an array of brands/wines (outside of your own brand) that have been made from your vineyard fruit to help educate the guests on terroir and varietals. The vineyard area is limited to a total of 6 vineyards and a waiting list will begin once it has reached capacity.
Vineyard Wine: Vineyards are not required to complete the online wine submission process, and we ask that you please bring your wine with you to CenturyLink Field Event Center on the day of the event. Each vineyard is required to procure 4 cases of wine from your customers who produce a bottling that is either vineyard designated, or consists predominantly of fruit from and displays the character of your vineyard.
