We are excited to invite you to a lunch with Ken Myers, founder of Mars Hill Audio. In his bi-monthly audio journal, Mr. Myers brings his wide-reading, thoughtful reflection, and professional experience at both First Things and NPR to interviews with authors of newly-published books to explore the intersection of contemporary culture and Christian conviction.
The North Carolina Study Center and Made to Flourish will host Mr. Myers for a catered lunch as he speaks to how we can encourage a Christological understanding of vocation through our teaching, preaching, and program design as ministry leaders.
The first 40 registrants to RSVP by 2/15 will also receive a book recommended by Mr. Myers, Oliver O'Donovan's Common Objects of Love.
(Ken Myers will also be speaking later that day on a theological understanding of the modern university and on 2/20 to professors of the sciences and humanities. More information may be found on the NC Study Center website)
