In this seminar, we will identify and examine the core concepts found in the most common technology agreements, including open source materials, security and encryption, data privacy, indemnification, and service levels.  In addition, we will discuss important decisions attorneys will need to make when drafting and negotiating technology agreements and what options exist to mitigate risk while getting the deal done.

Finally, in an interactive portion of the presentation for those participants that attend on-site, we will lead you through issue spotting exercises to help you evaluate problems with provisions you may frequently encounter in technology agreements.
