Dear Texas Unites Participants,

For the health and safety of all of our Texas animal welfare colleagues, their families, and the broader community, the Texas Unites for Animals Conference has been cancelled and will not be held as scheduled, April 25-27, 2020.  We truly hope to see you all back at the Renaissance Austin Hotel next year, April 24-26, 2021. 

For Registered Attendees: All attendee registrations will be cancelled and refunds will be processed over the next few weeks. 

For our Sponsors, Exhibitors, and Speakers: As the situation with the coronavirus has progressed very quickly over the past couple weeks, we have been exploring several possibilities for the future of Texas Unites and our event.  We will be in touch with you very soon to discuss the way forward with our partnership. 

For ALL Participants:  Please cancel your hotel reservations as soon as possible to avoid unnecessary fees.  Please cancel any other travel arrangements you have made.  Stay informed on additional developments with Texas Unites by visiting our website and/or liking us on  Facebook.
