Refund Policy:
In the event that the attendee notifies Reliabilityweb.com of the attendees intent to cancel by November 10, 2017, a full refund of monies received, minus a $150 administrative fee will be made. No refunds will be made for cancellations accepted after November 10, 2017. All cancellations must be made in writing. You can substitute a person from the same company by request.
