Introduction

The KDEC Program Committee is proud to announce the 36th Annual Kansas Division for Early Childhood (KDEC) Conference March 1-2, 2018 at the Wichita Airport Hilton in Wichita, Kansas.

Conference participants include approximately 200– 250 early childhood special education teachers and administrators, nurses, social workers, therapists, school psychologists, students, parents, and other individuals interested in the provision of early intervention services.

Exhibitor Information

•    Exhibitors may move into their assigned space on Wednesday evening February 28th or 
     Thursday morning, March 1st
•    Exhibits should be ready to receive conference participants by 7:30 am on Thursday, March 1st
•    The exhibit area will be open from 7:30am – 5:45pm Thursday, March 1st and 7:30am – 12:00pm on Friday, March 2nd
•    Tear down and removal of all supplies, materials, and equipment from the facility must be completed by 1:00pm Friday, March 2nd

$100.00 - Commercial Exhibitor
$75.00 - Non-Profit Exhibitor
Optional Items:
 $25 fee for an additional table, one complimentary table is included in registration
 $15 fee for additional lunches, up to two lunches are included in the exhibitor registration fee, additional lunches are $15/each 

Exhibitor Selection

Confirmation information will be sent directly to exhibitors regarding their selection or non-selection on or before February 16, 2018.

Exhibit Space
Each exhibit unit will consist of one six foot, skirted table, two chairs, trash can, electricity, and up to two lunch tickets on Thursday. Exhibitors/vendors may display their company sign, keeping in mind that hotel policy prohibits displaying signs on hotel walls. Additional tables will be available for a fee of $25/table and can be requested during the registration process.

Door Prizes
Door prizes will be awarded throughout the conference, and your contributions would be most welcome. This is an exciting part of the conference and an excellent way to showcase your products. A member of the conference staff will visit your table on the first morning of the conference and you may submit your contributions at that time. Please indicate if you will be donating a door prize during the registration process.

Guest Room Accommodations
A special room rate of $108.00 single/double is available for conference participants. You are responsible for making your own hotel arrangements. Please reference KDEC when making your reservations. Cancellation Policy
Should the KDEC Program Committee cancel the conference for any reason, all fees will be refunded to the exhibitor.

Should there be a cancellation by the exhibitor for any reason prior to February 15, 2018 the exhibitor fee will be refunded less a fifty dollar ($50.00) cancellation fee. Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Faxes will be accepted. Reimbursement payment will be made following the closure of the conference event. Cancellations made by the exhibitor after February 15 will not be refunded.
