Cancellation Policy

| Exhibitor Cancellation Policy |
Exhibitors: Unregister/ cancellation allowed up to 01 April 2012 - 50% cancellation fee & R300 admin fee to be deducted from original fee paid . No unregistered/ cancellation from 02 April 2012 - no exceptions will be allowed. Refunds will only be processed plus-minus two weeks after the congress.

| Delegate Cancellation Policy |
| Delegates: Unregister/ cancellation allowed up to 20th May 2012 – no exceptions will be allowed |
| Refund policy: | 25% cancellation fee + R300 admin fee till 20th March 2012 50% cancellation fee + R300 admin fee from 21 March > 20 May 2012 Refunds will only be processed plus-minus two weeks after the congress. |
| Substitution of Delegates - will be allowed up to 14th April 2012 - kindly refer to the delegate T&C on the website regarding substitute delegates. |
