The focus of the ANCC Pathway to Excellence Conference™ is "Pathway to Excellence: The Power of Positive Practice". Research shows the nurse practice environment greatly influences many factors that affect both the nurse and patient. The conference will be an educational and networking opportunity for both Pathway to Excellence® designated organizations and those interested in the Pathway to Excellence designation.
