This training will discuss the ethical responsibilities of those in a supervisory role by reflecting on one's own ethical beliefs. Participants will too develop skills that will assist supervisors when addressing ethical dilemmas. The training meets the CSWMFT Board's requirements for ethics and supervision CEUs for social workers. By the end of this training, participants will be able to: 1. Reflect on one's ethical beliefs2. Develop analytical skills for use in ethical dilemmas3. Define and understand ethical supervision4. Identify ethical dilemma characteristics of supervisory relationshipsThe Ohio State University College of Social Work is an approved provider of the Ohio CSWMFT Board.
