IJBS Conference 2013 Provisional Schedule
The first lecture (and only academic meeting) on August 12th will be a lecture at 4 p.m. before dinner.
If you register before July 15, the conference registration fee is $120. If you register after July 15, the conference registration fee is $170. Registration closes on July 31.
The conference registration fee covers the cost of the Banquet for the conference participant. If you plan to bring a guest, the fee is $50/guest.

Princeton is equidistant from New York and Philadelphia, and is easy to reach by public transportation or by car.
The closest and most conveniently accessed international airport is Newark Liberty International.
The University is easily accessible by train,which runs along the Northeast Corridor line and also stops at the Newark airport. Both Amtrak and New Jersey Transit trains stop at Princeton Junction, and the south end of campus is a five-minute connecting train ride away.
OVERNIGHT PARKING ON CAMPUS:
If you are driving to campus, you will be able to park your car in Lot #32 (http://www.princeton.edu/transportation/Parking_Lots.pdf). Parking permits will be available at registration. If you commit a parking violation you will be subject to, and responsible for, a fine and/or tow. There are metered parking spaces on University Place.
Note: Overnight parking is prohibited on all Princeton Streets.
ACCOMMODATIONS:
WHITMAN DINING HALL MEAL PLAN (OPTIONAL): $160
In order to eat in the dining hall during the conference, you must purchase the meal plan in advance. The dining hall does not accept cash or credit cards.
This includes the following meals:
- Monday, August 12 - Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner
- Tuesday, August 13 - Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner
- Wednesday, August 14 - Breakfast and Dinner (lunch on your own in Philadelphia)
- Thursday, August 15 - Breakfast and Lunch
- The conference registration fee covers the cost of the banquet for the conference participant. If you plan to bring additional guests, the cost is $50/guest.
- Friday, August 16 - Breakfast and Lunch
ON CAMPUS HOUSING (OPTIONAL): CLASS OF 1967 HALL DORM
On campus accommodations are $60/night and are limited to conference participants ONLY. The rooms are single dorm rooms with semi-private bath.
If you are traveling from a long distance you may stay in the dorm starting Sunday, August 11. Check in at Class of 1967 Hall will be available between 3pm - 6pm on Sunday, August 11th. If you are arriving outside of those times, your dormitory key will be available at our office of Public Safety, (200 Elm Drive, Princeton, NJ 08544, 609.258.1000), which is open 24 hours. Please email Lucy Weise at lweise@princeton.edu if you arriving outside of the check-in times.
HOTEL INFORMATION: NASSAU INN

There is a block of rooms at the Nassau Inn (609) 921-7500 for $140/night. If you choose to stay at the Nassau Inn you must make your own reservations. In order to get the conference rate, please reference International John Bunyan Society Conference (17993). The group room block will be held until Wednesday, July 10, 2013. The Nassau Inn is within walking distance of the Princeton University campus.

GYM ACCESS:
During the summer, conference participants will have access to the University’s tennis courts, health/fitness room, swimming pool,basketball courts,etc. In order to use these facilities, participants must purchase athletic chits at the CES Office. Athletic chits are good for one visit to Dillon Gym, you may stay as long as you like but once you leave another chit is required to re-enter.
