Professor Ralph Nash and Tim Sullivan are delighted to present the third year of "The Professor's Forum," a monthly virtual class designed to delve into some of the most challenging issues facing contractors and Government personnel alike. Join us beginning in January, as we kick off the New Year with a discussion of bid protests. In subsequent months, Ralph and Tim will turn their attention to topics such as past performance, delays in performance, resolving contract disputes, and other similarly critical issues. As always, each session will give you and your colleagues the opportunity to hear from two of the most experienced lawyers in the business of government contracting, and their discussion will very likely lead to you and your team applying what you just learned to the challenges your organization is currently facing. Looking for instant gratification? This is your chance!
Each registration allows for one person to log in. Your team members can join you in a conference room for no additional cost. Additional logins for those located in other offices, working remotely, or otherwise unable to participate with the registrant can be purchased for $200 each.
