Daily stressors are inescapable and can take many forms: environmental, social financial, relationship challenges, parental responsiblities, student life stressors, being under-employed, or unemployed, physical and medical challenges. The effects of stressor on your physical, mental, and emotional well-being are almost cliche. Medical science has proven that every disease or disorder known can be created or made worse by chronic or repeated stress.
The purpose of this seminar is to help you learn simple breathing and mental awareness techniques which can help decrease the stress to your nervous system, improve immune system functioning, balance your mind and emotions, and support your healing process.
Students should wear comfortable clothing with adjustable waist (no jeans). Students should not eat within 1 1/2 hours before the class or eat very light.
Each session is 1 1/2 hours long.
