Roy Schauffele
Roy Schauffele is an internationally published author and speaker in the fields of energy conservation and sustainable building envelopes including insulation, air barrier technology, roofing & waterproofing, vegetative & cool roofing, all with an eye towards improving building science, performance and quality of life.

He is the acknowledged inventor of “The Perfect Wall” which is now the nationwide building code standard for wall construction.

He currently serves as a Past Board Chairman of the ABAA (Air Barrier Association of America), after 3 terms as Chairman. Currently a Technical Advisor to Build San Antonio Green (BSAG) and an award winner 2012 for his Technical Contributions to BSAG and last year named (2016) Individual Green Practitioner by the City of San Antonio for Sustainable Education and Outreach.

Globally, he is the only person to be a Fellow of both CSI, ABAA and is the 1st Certified Air Barrier Specialist (CABS).

He continues to be a requested national speaker on all Division 7 topics especially air barriers, building envelope design, energy conservation and sustainability.

Craig Haney

Mr. Haney founded IntroSpec LLC, specializing in construction technology and specifications, in 1988.

Craig has over 40 years experience in the fields of architecture and construction with over 35 years dedicated to specifications and construction technology. He has consulted on projects covering a wide range of the built environment, both domestic and international. Craig has worked extensively with building product manufacturers, assisting them with understanding what design professionals need from building product manufacturers and getting their products specified.

In 2010 Craig founded SpexPlus, Inc. to provide no-cost master specifications to design professionals, with system costs paid by construction product manufacturers.

Landon Boone
Landon is currently the Chief Operating Officer for Ron Blank & Associates, Inc. He has a ten year background in the field of architecture with a Master of Architecture from the University of Texas at San Antonio. He has worked with Ron Blank & Associates since 2003. Landon’s job entails daily operations, business development, marketing, trade shows, and developing programs for RBA’s building product manufacturer clients.

Ron is President and CEO of Ron Blank & Associates, Inc. Ron has 35 years’ experience educating design professionals about building product systems and technology via distance education and by personal visits to their offices.

Ron and his staff make face-to-face building product presentations to the top architectural firms across the country every year. At the same time, he and his team at RBA assist their building product manufacturer clients in furthering their specification goals. He is a Professional Affiliate of AIA, and past president of the San Antonio chapter of CSI

Andres Nunez
Andres Nunez is the Graphic Design and Media Manager in the CE Department at Ron Blank & Associates. Andres has been with RBA for three years. He has a B.S. in Architecture from University of Texas San Antonio. He studied abroad at Universitá degli Studi di Ubrino in Italy. Originally from Cali, Colombia, Andres is passionate about photography, architecture, and graphic design. Andres enjoys skateboarding and playing bass in his band. He has a miniature dachshund named Ollie.
