The WELL Building Standard – Optimize Real Estate Portfolio Management by Focusing on Human Capital

Health and well-being have a direct correlation to a company's financial position and employee productivity. With up to 80 percent of expenses devoted to human resources, it’s vital that your workforce is healthy, productive and engaged. The WELL Building Standard™ was established in 2015 after years of coordinated research by doctors, architects and industry professionals. Its rating system provides a framework to create high-performance spaces that improve health and increase productivity among an organization’s most important asset: its people.

Corenet is pleased to invite you to join us for a discussion on the fundamental concepts, strategies and business case behind the WELL Building Standard. As an evidence-based system for measuring, certifying and monitoring the performance of building features that impact health and well-being, WELL supports portfolio management and optimization by focusing on human capital.
