Crystal Reports is the backbone of Spectrum reports. During our popular two-day training class you will learn how to use this important piece of software and return to the office with new skills that can be used right away.
You will gain insight and understating about how Spectrum works. You’ll see how data entered into Spectrum is stored, retrieved, and displayed through Crystal Reports. This class will help you learn the fundamental concepts that apply to all Spectrum reports.
We’ll show you how to create interactive Spectrum reports using the Crystal Reports Formula Workshop. You will develop reports that help decision makers analyze cost and billing data; payroll data and labor hours; and much more.
No Experience? No Problem!

Meet the Instructor:
Thor Kolner, Spectrum Training Specialist
Thor has been a part of Dexter + Chaney’s Support, Programming, and Professional Services departments for over 18 years. His extensive knowledge of how Spectrum works behind the scenes is critical in his development and delivery of our Spectrum report writing, data analysis, and dashboard app training programs.
Prior to joining Dexter + Chaney, Thor spent 15 years entertaining radio listeners at a variety of radio stations. Those skills are occasionally called on when he has to hold the attention of attendees at our technical Users’ Conference sessions and classes! Thor’s monthly Spectrum Report Writing newsletter contains a carryover from his radio days in the form of his Brain Buster Trivia Question.
Attendance substitutions will be accepted at any time without additional charge. Attendees may cancel their registrations up to 30 days prior to class in order to receive a full refund, less a $50 processing fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations received within 30 days prior to class.
Dexter + Chaney requires a minimum of five attendees to hold this class. Registered attendees will be notified at least 30 days before the class of any changes.
