We have chosen two organizations to support for our Region 5 Institute activities.  We would love your help with one or both!

Join us to volunteer at the Westview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.   We will provide assistance planting vegetables and flowers in their butterfly garden.  Some residents will enjoy assistance painting their personal flower pots and planting seeds as well.

Eagle Ranch is another facility we have chosen to support.  Eagle Ranch is a community that helps thousands of boys and girls and their families.  The 270-acre wooded, campus features 10 homes for up to 66 children, a SACS-accredited school, a counseling department, a chapel, as well as meeting and recreational facilities.   It is the one of the nations most progressive therapeutic Christian programs for children in crisis, and the largest children's home in Georgia.

Eagle Ranch's Founder and Executive Director, Eddie Straub, will be the speaker for the Friday morning prayer breakfast. Eddie made headlines in the early 1980's as an ambitious young man attempting to fund and establish a home for struggling boys.  Because of his vision, CNN called it the "miracle on Chestnut Mountain."

Donations would be greatly appreciated!
