* Must be a full-time high school or college student to qualify for student rate. Before registering, email Brenda a copy of your student ID along with the dates you would like to attend. She will verify and email you instructions on how to proceed in order to get your discounted rate.

 

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are accepted through April 1, 2018 and are subject to a $20 cancellation fee. You can cancel your registration by logging into your account and selecting "unregister". 

Registration fees are non-refundable after April 1.

Payment Methods

Credit card payments can be made when registering.

If you would like us to bill your school after the event, please indicate "purchase order" as your method of payment. You will be required to enter a valid purchase order number from your business office.

Substitutions

If you have a substitute to attend in your place, you will not be charged a cancellation fee if you let us know by April 15. Simply click "substitute registration" under the "more options" tab when logged into your account.
