Join us for a fascinating tour of campus gardens past and present from University historian Meredith Eliassen. Learn about the lost dahlia garden, a Shakespeare garden created by faculty and staff to breathe life into the Bard’s botanical references, and World War II victory gardens.
We will also explore the Garden of Remembrance, designed by Ruth Asawa to honor the Japanese-American students interned, and the AIDS Memorial Grove, both of which still flourish on campus.
